On Saturday March 14, the Basilica Santa Maria of La Seu de Manresa, following the guidelines of the Bishop of Vic, was added to the large number of spaces closed by the health crisis caused by Covid-19. This way, all parishioners are left without access to their referral prayer space.
Today, Thursday 19th of March 2020, the Basilica has a YouTube channel where the day’s mass will be shared with the relevant texts. Thus, every day, everyone will be able to access the Eucharist from the space where they are being confined through their computer, tablets or mobile devices.
The pieces will be presented by Mn Joan, priest of the Seu of Manresa, who wanted to take a step forward and be as creative as possible in this proposal, which will allow the basilica to be opened virtually to all those who seek a prayer space, always having health guidelines to prevent coronavirus spread.
