The Office also informs the user about the possibility of exercising, in the terms established by the LOPDCP, the rights of access to personal data to rectify, cancel or oppose them, being the Seu in charge of the treatment of them. The user may exercise these rights at the following email address: email@example.com.
Email communication between users and the Seu does not use a secure channel, and the transmitted data is not encrypted, which means It must be taken into account when submitting personal data, especially those protected in accordance with article 7 of the LOPDCP. In order to give users the greatest advantages, the Office may keep them informed of offers or promotions of their own or of third parties that may be of interest for the user in any type of support, related to the following sectors of activity: leisure, knowledge and tourism. In case the user does not want to receive this information, he/she can tell it to the Seu.
The Seu declares that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the personal data, to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, all in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seu may disclose to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information that is available to them through its computer systems and that is required, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
In the case of under aged people, only parents or guardians can provide their legal information. The exercise of the right of access to personal data to rectify, cancel or oppose them will correspond to the legal representative, in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph.
